By accessing or using the MoshBird website ("Site") or joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
2. Description of Service
MoshBird is currently in pre-launch. The Site allows you to join a waitlist for early access to our subscription revenue recovery platform. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product or any specific features, pricing, or launch dates.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Site or join the waitlist.
4. Waitlist and Beta Access
- Waitlist positions do not guarantee early access or any particular benefit.
- We may offer "lifetime pricing" or other promotional offers to waitlist members at our sole discretion. Such offers are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
- We reserve the right to remove any user from the waitlist at any time for any reason.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information when signing up.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers.
- Use automated scripts or bots to access or interact with the Site.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MoshBird, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOSHBIRD, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois, USA.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
